FLAT STANLEY'S FIRST VISIT!

This video spot is for Amy Beth at Ministry so Fabulous! hee hee.

First place was CHURCH! I got a worship video, but it just didn't come out good enough. Oh well. I guess he was "slain in the Spirit" because he just laid on the floor the entire time. Either that or he was sleeping. Lazy Stanley.

The second visit Flat Stanley made was to Downtown OKC with our LifeGroup. (We were missing a few people, but you don't really need to know that, I just felt the need to tell you) The real reason we went downtown was to take pics for our LifeGroup friends who moved away...sigh. So, to bring them up to speed and let them know that not much has changed (they moved in Feb.), we headed down to OKC and shot some shots. I grabbed Flat Stanley so he wouldn't be left out.

Yep, we went to Bass Pro Shops. We went to take pics for our friends and Stanley got in the way. MOVE IT STANLEY!

Instead, he jumped on a plastic buffalo with Goose and Jason.

Hey! A fish!

Something happens when you walk into Bass Pro. Your speech changes. I start sounding more southern and use words like "fixin'" and "fishin'" Two things I never do. There's just a pull to change my verbs, like say, "Hey, that there ATV ever bin rode?" I also feel like I should start wearing boots and more stuff made by Columbia. Two things I can't afford. I also want to buy a fishing pole, a gun, a turkey call, a fake deer, and an underwater GPS. Might be fun in a pool or something. The GPS, not the fake deer...although...

Big, scary bear!

With a GINORMOUS hand, er paw. That really does kind of scare me.

Flat Stanley had to do this because I don't. Ever...not again...well, maybe, when pigs fly over a frozen lake in hell.

No, no worries, it's just a dog holder for people who have dogs and slam them in here on the way to the back 80 up yonder to git 'em some birds. I'm sure they bought the turkey call I had my eye on too.

She had NO IDEA what she was holding! Pastor JT just said, "Goose, hold this and smile!" HA HA HA! Sorry if I offend. Oh, Stanley isn't in this picture so stop looking.

More Flat Stanley to come!

I did a spell check on this and it didn't highlight "ginormous" That's funny!

Stanley with the bear the with the stanley-sized tent made me laugh out loud. I have been meaning to do this with my kids. Now I am officially inspired. So cute.

My parents took my neice's flat stanley on a cruise last year and got some halarious pictures.
